Anyway, when we think of how we can best honor Dr. King, when we think of how we are today writing
the Black History of tomorrow, when we consider the challenges reflected upon in the cover article History
Rewritten, it all leads to organizations like WEA.  All these challenges, opportunities and responsibilities are in
the capable but often overburdened hands of people like Yolanda Lamar-Wilder.  Visionary leadership has
never been easy, often it is not fun, and many times those most resistant to its guidance are most in need of
the potential benefits organizational involvement offers.

Middle Class America in general and African Americans in particular are in a struggle for survival.  While the
obstacles are many, so is the potential.  Honoring a glorious past and insuring a bright future can only occur if
we step up to our current responsibilities, and acknowledge that most of us are recovering underachievers,
with our purpose trapped and most of our power untapped.  We have the ability and the need.  We have the
leadership.  We have the organizational structure.  We have the ideas and ideals.

Take a break from the redundancy of complacency.  Check out WEA or other organizations that are
addressing the needs that we must fulfill.  Realize that the best way go to beyond your limited vision of
yourself, is to become immersed in something greater than yourself.  Understand as you become involved in
whatever you become involved in, that you are a part of the solution.  Whatever situation you find yourself in,
you take with you ideas, aspirations, talents, abilities and experiences in a combination that only you have.
Go forward, wanting and believing that you are part of the answer, and you will soon be enjoying not only a
better, stronger and more confident you, but also the benefits of
The Power of Association.

Women Entrepreneurs Of America, Inc. is a nonprofit, prestigious, diversified membership-based organization
that mission is "empowering and supporting" women in business and women who want to start their own
businesses. Providing strategy information and cutting edge resources that support the business and power
women's success. Women Entrepreneurs Of America organization is structured to offer communication
development, networking and information tool, with the compelling agenda of women seeking the most
effective means of advancing the career and business goals. The Founder and Executive Director, Yolanda
Lamar-Wilder, Entrepreneur Extraordinaire states "truly this new women's organization is much needed for
the Greater Cleveland area".  I am truly honored and blessed to have implemented an organization of this
magnitude to assist women in the business arena. I wanted to establish a presence in the Cleveland area of a
resource women center.  To offer women of each business entity a place to bring their ideas, learn the
nature of doing business and help our community by creating more opportunities for women.

We will provide programs set to give back to our communities such as campaigning and supporting the
Greater Cleveland area women transitioning centers. To assist the needs of those women and children. We
will have clothing drives, fundraisers and events where the proceeds will go to help these individuals during
their transitional stages back to society.

Women Entrepreneurs Of America, Inc. was founded in November 2002 by Cleveland, Ohio businesswoman
Yolanda Lamar-Wilder, President and CEO of several small business enterprises, Labor U.S. of A.
Employment Agency, Inc. and Wilder Consulting Services, Ltd.
