CONGRATULATIONS to Twinsburg
High School Sophomore Chanel
Simpson.  Chanel plays basketball
at Twinsburg High and was recently
mentioned in the
Twinsburg
Bulletin's
March 23rd issue.  The
article entitled Young Tiger girls
cagers look to strong future.

In addition to one of Chanel’s drives
being selected for the article photo,
the Bulletin wrote: “Chanel
Simpson, a 5-8 sophomore forward-
guard, made great strides.  She led
the Tigers in shooting (45 percent)
and rebounding (6.6 a game) plus
added 8.8 points, 2.7 steals and
1.2 assists a game.”  The Bulletin
also delivered the good news to
Twinsburg fans that “Simpson will
return along with the Tigers entire
starting lineup for the 2006-07
season.”

Chanel is the granddaughter of
Shirley Simpson of  Bedford, Ohio.

Our thanks to Sports Editor Michael
Leonard, Assistant Sports Editor
Frank Aceto, Correspondent Steve
Batko, Photographer Robert J.
Lucas, and the entire Bulletin Staff
for their article.
